More than 50 percent of Americans polled expressed dissatisfaction with Biden's economy
More than half of Americans reported that they are not satisfied with the work of the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden in the field of economy, noting that it has only worsened. The corresponding statistics was published on January 17 on the website of Fox News TV channel.
According to the results of the survey, at the time of Biden's departure from the presidency 57% of respondents disapprove of the results of his work, only 42% of Americans noted that they approve.
In addition, 89% of those polled said they were concerned about inflation in the country. This percentage increased by six points compared to an identical poll at the beginning of the American leader's presidential term, the publication noted.
According to the general poll, a total of 70% of people believe that the economy is in bad shape. This percentage is not the maximum during Biden's time in office, the channel added, as in July 2022, 84% of those polled called the state of the U.S. economy bad.
A total of 900 people participated in the poll. It was conducted between January 10 and January 13. The error of these results may be 3%.
